Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, scent preferences or products that have been opened or used.

Damage , Defective or incorrect items

if your order arrives damaged , defective or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs if possible. We will gladly work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Because our products are handcrafted , slight variations are normal and make our products unique.
