Thank you for shopping with Gooseneck Soap Company! Our products are handcrafted in small batches in the hills and hollers of East Tennessee on beautiful Norris Lake.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We often ship sooner!

During holidays or especially busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times do not include processing time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
